IDPhoto.ai starts from $0.20 per photo. That is the published starting price for preparing a portrait to a document specification. It is not a government fee, and it is not a suggested retail price if you resell the photo.
What the starting price covers
- A photograph prepared to a specification from a catalog of 300+ specifications covering 200+ countries.
- Checks for common capture problems, reported so you can ask for a retake.
- Delivery back to you so you can store the file, or a temporary link kept for 2 hours to 14 days.
What to ask about before production
- Volume pricing for a sustained daily volume. Email support@idphoto.ai with that volume.
- A trial account in the dashboard.
- A specification you need that is not in the published sample.
- Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, print mailing, another processing region, or a Shopify store template. Each is available per request.
A clean photo is not an acceptance decision by a passport office, visa center, employer, or school. US and UK passport photographs must not be digitally altered. Do not use the Fix Passport Photo API on those documents.
